SHIPPING

Can you ship to my country?

If you are resident United States, yes, we can. We currently don't offer international shipping.

Which Shipping method you use for delivery the product?

We use Standard shipping method so that you can receive the product a fast as possible.

How much shipping cost?

  • Standard: The shipping cost is $9.9 for orders less than $50.
  • Free shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders ≥$50.

Can you ship PO BOXES, RURAL ROUTE & APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

We will use USPS service for PO Boxes, Rural Route and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How much expect the delivery time for receiving my product?

Order times are divided into two parts:Processing time: Order checking, quality checking, and packaging.All orders are sent to the manufacturer for delivery within 5 business days of ordering. The factory and the shipping company then process the orders. Please allow 5 business days for processing during busy seasons.Delivery time:  This is the time it takes for the goods to be sent from our warehouse to their destination.After being processed and leaving the warehouse, delivery usually takes 3-4 business days.

 

How I track my order?
When your product successfully shipped, you will get tracking information on your confirmation email. However, you can also check via this page - Order Tracking

Please allow to give 24 hours for the tracking information working properly

I want to cancel my order How I do it?

We will be able to cancel the order if the products don’t ship. Once it transits, we will not accept any cancellation requests.

I want to change my address How I do it?

If you put mistakenly or want to change the shipping address, in that case you have 12 hours. In this during, you need to contact us as fast as possible.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

I want to return my product how I do it?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns up to 30 days from purchase for a refund.

ATTENTION: Please contact us before returning the item for eligible the return.

You will need to include these information when contacting us (All information required) -

  1. Order number
  2. Order confirmation mail
  3. Phone number
  4. Proof of purchase

How will I know that my product will be eligible or not for the return?

Customers will not be eligible for the return if-

  • 30 days pass
  • The customer return the product without contacting us.
  • The item damage or defected  by customer
  • The item opened by customer
  • The item altered

*All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received by the customer.

If you are eligible for the return, you will get return instructions to your confirmation email (Please be ensure that the mail is correct) from our return department.

I didn't receive any mail what can I do?

Don't worry. If you didn’t receive any email, please check your spam or junk mail. If you still didn't find any mail, please don't hesitate to contact with us.

Does Shipping charge refundable?

No. Shipping charge isn't refundable.

I received damage or incorrect items what can I do?

If you received damage or defective items, please inform us as soon as possible.
